“MOVE MORE, EAT LESS!!” is the main motto for Fitness Director, Krista Reader. Graduating with a B.S. in Physical Education/Sports Science, and is a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Personal training for over 7 years, Krista has extensive experience with all levels of fitness and embraces the value of truly getting to know each of her clients individually. She has a broad background in injury prevention and post-rehabilitation training and specializes in corrective exercise. Knowing that an extreme program is never practical, Krista teaches her clients to find balance both in mind and body.

Receiving her B.A. of Psychology Degree, with an emphasis in Nutritional Psychology, from Pepperdine University and a National Training certification from the Cooper Institute, Natasha held tight to the correlation of mental, physical and emotional health. Truly believing that the benefits of proper nutrition and physical fitness can help prevent and overcome many emotional stresses. She is a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine and specializes in functional training, weight loss, and emotional/food support. Away from the office, Natasha loves anything active! She is involved in coaching a marathon running club and enjoys yoga, working out, and skiing. Married to her college sweetheart, she cherishes time at home with him and their dog.



Mat Ross
Healthfit 4 Life Fitness Coach

Mat comes to the Personalcare team with over 10 years experience in the health & fitness industry. He has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton and certifications from the NSCA and Titleist Performance Institute as a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor. With experience in sport specific training, general fitness and golf fitness training, Mat is sure to help you get the results you desire out of any fitness program.
